Language Land Training

Instead of taking staff out of nursery or school to train them, we come into school and use demonstration to show how to develop attention, listening, phonological awareness, simple reasoning, narrative skills etc. We use the Languageland package which has proven positive results for nursery, reception and KS1

Language Groups

General language stimulation with songs, games and language based activities.

Learning to sign

Functional signing using games, songs, stories  and DVDs. Led by expert Franky Shepperson

NHS back up

We can offer sessions to carry out NHS programmes left for school. These are usually monitored termly but we can carryout weekly with full liaison with school staff

Screening

Looking at the speech, language and communication levels of  children to help identify potential problems or need for further assessment or referral  to a Speech/language Therapist
